32GB DDR3-1866 LRDIMM — used server RAM prices

As of October 3, 2026, a used 32GB DDR3-1866 LRDIMM costs $1.37/GB shipped ($43.95 a stick) at the low end of eBay's market: one in ten of the 85 live single-stick listings ask that or less. The median ask is $2.03/GB. The low end was $1.25/GB on Jul 5, so it's up 10% since.

Load-reduced ECC memory (LRDIMM) — buffered for high capacity per channel, and not mixable with RDIMMs in the same system rated at 1866 MT/s — sellers also list this speed as PC3-14900. 32GB sticks fit DDR3 server platforms (Xeon E5/E7 v1–v2, Opteron 6000 era). Prices below include shipping. The low end is the 10th-percentile ask: one in ten single-stick listings ask that much per GB or less, so it's a price you can find near the top of a search sorted by price. It and the median come from single-stick, fixed-price listings only, so multi-stick lots and auction bids can't skew them. Refreshed from live eBay listings twice daily.
